Privacy refers to information that we at Rostrevor OC Football Club (ROCFC) gather about you and the use that we make of it in the course of our business.
Information Collection and Use
ROCFC is the owner of all the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
ROCFC collects personally identifiable information during site registration for our ROCS Membership Database News. In addition, information is collected in certain portions of the site in which guests specifically and knowingly provide such information in order to receive information.
No information should be submitted to or posted at rocfc.com by if you are under 18 years of age, you must obtain a parent/guardian‚'s consent prior to using rocfc.com
Unless otherwise disclosed during collection, rocfc.com does not provide any personally identifiable information, regardless of its source, to any third party for any purpose whatsoever.
ROCFC recognises that families are concerned about privacy and especially about the privacy of their children online. ROCFC, its players, supporters, staff, contractors, and others who help us do abide by this policy on privacy and fair information practices for online activities. ROCFC always meets or exceeds the requirements of the International Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998.
Information submitted at the time of any form of registration by a guest who is over 18 years of age may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by ROCFC. ROCFC does not share this information with other companies. If a guest objects to such use for any reason, he/she may stop that use at any time by written request. Email is private correspondence between the sender and the recipient. It is ROCFC's policy to respect the privacy of its members. Therefore, in addition to the privacy of registration data as discussed above, ROCFC will not monitor, edit, or disclose the contents of it's members private communications unless required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on ROCFC; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of ROCFC; or (3) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of its clients or the public.
The client acknowledges and agrees that ROCFC neither endorses the contents of any client communications nor assumes responsibility for any threatening, libelous, obscene, harassing or offensive material contained therein, any infringement of third party intellectual property rights arising therefrom or any crime facilitated thereby.

Legal Notice
The Terms of Service is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of South Australia, excluding its conflict of law provisions. Members and ROCFC agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of South Australia. If any provision(s) of the policy is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
ROCFC's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by ROCFC in writing.
Member and ROCFC agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to this service must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action arose; otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
