Paul Norris to play his 350th :
Paul "Chuck" Norris is set to reach the 350 games milestone this Saturday.
Paul started his football with the St. Joseph's Hectorville Year 4/5's.
He attended Rostrevor College in 1995-1999, and played 8A's and 9A's.
Paul missed Year 10 through injury, but returned to play 2nd XVIII's in his last 2 years at the College.
In 2000 Paul had a season with the Norwood Under 19's, before moving to ROCS in 2001.
A well respected team man, the 42 year-old has since played at A, B, C and D grade levels.
Chuck was coached in the A's by Tim Hart and Matthew Dawes, and was an important part of C Grade premierships in 2004 and 2013.
In 2019 he captained the club's D Grade, and received the Coach's award.
Paul is only the 3rd ROCS player to reach the 300 game mark, with Brian Carey (300) and Simon Emanuele (403) having also reached the milestone.
His brother Glenn (54 games) has played alongside Paul at ROCS. Their father Keith, is Steve Edwards' hard working Team Manager.
With the continued support of his lovely wife Mai and 6 year-old William James, Chuck has deservedly reached the 350 games milestone.
Congratulations Chuck from everyone at The Quarry.
