ROCs – 2023 Pre Season Training Monday 28th November 2022

Dear Players and ROCS Family,

Please note Pre Season under new club coach Damian Boots will commence on Monday 28th November 2022 at Rostrevor College.

We will be training each Monday & Wednesday night from 6pm until the Christmas break on 14th December.

We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible in this first few weeks of our 2023 campaign.
