ROCS A Grade vs Eastern Park - knock out Semi Final
A Grade Report
Eastern Park were just too good on the day and played their ground well. We were in touch until the last couple of minutes and played with real spirit and determination all game. Unfortunately, we missed three pretty kickable set shots at crucial times in the second half which cost momentum and some of our skill errors were costly.
Matt Footner was superb, Will O'Malley, Tom Bowler, Jack Nelligan, Peter Baccanello and Craig Holm contributed well and others flashed in and out. Drew finished on 92 goals for the year, an excellent effort. Congratulations to Scott Gilbert on his 50th game.
Thanks to all our support staff, especially Vicki, Dean, Wahib, and Reonaldo for their work and to all who helped out or supported us in any way. The players and I really value your active involvement in the club.
We have much to be proud of in what we have achieved this year as a whole club.
