Pre-season Update (February)
Pre-season training for 2020
Pre-season training for 2020 commenced with a 4 week block leading into Christmas. All the coaches from the 2019 season have agreed to continue in 2020, and all have again been involved in this year's pre-season:
A Grade Coach Will O'Malley, (B Grade) Damien Polkinghorne, (C Grade) Mark Twiggs, and (D Grade) Steve Edwards. John Turner is again in charge of the fitness programme.
After a short break, the players returned to the training track in early January. Attendance has been good, with over 90 players having joined in the pre-season up to the end of February. As always, the Rostrevor College grounds/facilities have been excellent.
