Updated training program below with first session back on Monday January 11, 2016
Updated Training program for 2016 is as follows :
First three weeks back are Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays
First session back Jan Monday 11th ( at Uni Loop for testing )
Then Wed 13, Sat 16, Monday 18, Wed 20th, Sat 23rd, Mon 25, Wed 27, and Sat 30....
All Monday and Wed sessions are at Rostrevor College except Jan 11.
All Sat sessions ( 3 of ) are 9.00am at Grange Jetty.
February sessions are as follows :
Tues 2, Thur 4, Tue 9, Thur 11, Tues 16, Thurs 18, Sat 20,
Mon 22nd ( at Uni Loop ), Thurs 25 and Sat 27th.
Only 2 Sat sessions in Feb both at 9.00 Grange Jetty.
March sessions are as follows :
Tues 1, Thurs 3,
Mon 7th, Wed 9th and Sat 12th
Tues 15, Thurs 17 and Sat 19
Mon 21st, Wed 23rd
Tues 29 and Thurs 31
FIRST TRIAL Sat April 2 vs Sal Nth at Sal Nth
April :
Trainings Tues and Thursdays
Second Trial vs SHOC at home 9th
FIRST GAME April 16th.
