Training starts up again Monday 6th Jan
6.15pm - Monday's & Thursday's at the school throughout Jan and Feb
Just a reminder that training starts up again this Monday, Jan 6 at Rostrevor College, 6.15pm start. We will continue to train Monday's and Thursday's at the school throughout Jan and Feb. We will revert to Tuesday's and Thursday's in March.
We will also be doing an extra session at the Snake Pit at Fort Largs on Sat Jan 18, 9.30am start.
