ROCS’ XMAS BREAK TRAINING

We have only trained for 5 sessions over two weeks leading up to Christmas. If we are to improve individually and as teams it is crucial we have a solid block of intense training throughout Jan and Feb. With 2 and a half weeks break for Christmas it’s crucial you do the following as a minimum during our break.

Week 1
2 x 20min runs.
3 x push up routine of: 30 seconds, 25 seconds, 20 seconds (minutes rest between sets).

Week 2
3 x 20min runs
4 x push up routine of: 30 seconds, 25 seconds, 20 seconds (minutes rest between sets).

Don’t cheat yourself or your team mates. Do the hard work now and give yourself and the ROCS’ the best opportunity for a successful 2013 season.
