Message from the ROCFC President
Dear members of the ROCFC community
Monday morning both Rino and myself met with Tim Hart to discuss his future as the A Grade coach of our club.
The outcome of this meeting was Tim was informed he would not be offered a new contract for next season.
This was a decision made by myself and the current Football Operations Committee.
We acted quickly to give ourselves and Tim the best opportunity to look to next season.
We believe that moving into Div. 1 that we need a new direction and a coach that will bring fresh ideas, support (both playing and coaching) and a new vision.
An advertisement for a new coach will be placed on the SAAFL website and the newspaper ASAP.
From my own point of view I would like to publicly thank Tim for his contribution over the last 4 years and wish him all the best for his future.
As a club we will be looking to make steps to be successful in Div. 1,not just make up numbers.
The expectation of all at the club is to improve and step up as a whole.
We will be conducting interviews and advertising the position and will be looking to secure the best person or persons suitable for this position.
