ROCFC Cornes Toyota President's Luncheon 2010

The ROCS once again held a very successful Cornes Toyota President's Luncheon at The Alma on Friday 16 April.

The event was attended by around 90 ROCS supporters and sponsors who were treated to one of the most entertaining speeches delivered in years. Port legend and media personality Tim Ginever was hilarious and even anti-Port Adelaide people (like myself) had to admit it! Not only was Tim entertaining, he was insightful and very generous with his time.

MC Paul 'Cheesy' Arnfield kept us all in order and did a tremendous job interviewing club legend Drew Litster on the eve of his 200th, as well as with the auction and we thank all the generous auction sponsors;

Luke Schapel and The Suit Co. donated a suit which was won by Andrew McCormack as well as the Gliderol Voucher.

Steve Pezzetta successfully bid for the Cornes Toyota Showdown package.

Steve Shirley won the cherrywood table from Hamra Furniture.

Matty Harrison won the Simon Goodwin signed Crows guernsey and football kindly donated by The Alma.

Randall Caon successfully bid for the Bali Hai voucher.

Jim Cormie bid for the framed ROCS guernsey signed by Drew Litster and is very generously donating it back to the ROCS to go up in the clubrooms.

Thanks to Jim, Pazz, Vonny and Atlas Healthcare for their excellent support of our luncheon.

We also thank O'Leary Walker wines for donating some fantastic wines and Maxbilt Trading Co. for their raffle sponsorship.

This was a memorable Cornes Toyota President's Luncheon and the fact that so many people stayed on to enjoy a bit of ROCS fellowship afterwards showed this event is always a big one on our social calendar.
