Pre Season Under Way for Season 2014

Details for the ROCS preseason for season 2014

Hi all,
It is that time of year again to lay the foundations for next year's football season. I can not stress how important it is doing the hard work through the preseason to give yourselves every opportunity of performing when it counts.
Details for the ROCS preseason for season 2014:
When: Monday's and Thursday's throughout Dec, Jan and Feb. We will revert to Tuesday's and Thursday's in March.
Time: All sessions will start at 6.15pm and finish around 8pm.
Where: Rostrevor College (unless notified otherwise). We will move to Campbelltown Oval in mid to late March.
Xmas: Our last session before Christmas will be Thursday Dec 19. Christmas drinks and a meal at the Alma after this session.
We will resume training again on Mon Jan 6.
What to bring: Hard work ethic, good attitude, sneakers and normal preseason clothing. It would be wise to bring a towel to each session as we have access to the school's pool and will use it from time to time. Those in rehab can utilise it for their recovery too.
Please note that on Monday night's Norwood FC will be using the Big Mem and Little Mem ovals. We will be using the Main oval (in front of boarding house) on Monday's. On Thursday's we will have all the ovals to ourselves.
We may look at using alternative venues from time to time but let you know this in advance.
We will also have one Sat morning session in Jan and one in Feb. Dates and details of those to come.
